How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope. Interior painting usually runs one to three days. A full basement or bathroom remodel can take several weeks. Either way, you get a clear schedule before work starts and updates as it moves.

Do you still take painting and drywall jobs?

Yes. Remodeling is where the business is headed, and painting and drywall are the trades it was built on. We still take interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and texture work across the whole service area.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. IJU is a licensed and insured contractor, and we are happy to provide proof of insurance with your estimate.

What does the estimate include?
